Summary:As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
Additionally, you will create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
Your role will involve participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Identify, record, and track defects to ensure resolution and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize software performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
