As a Test Engineer, you will sit within the Digital Product Organization and work alongside us to help shape the future direction of the Adecco Group and our brands.
You will be the working in a high performing agile development team that will include cross-functional skill sets and tools to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to validate functionalities.
- Write test cases / test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and analyze results.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Prepare file defect reports and report test progress.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Manual test of API end points.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning model development.
- Proficient in using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other Python-based machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experience with exploratory data analysis techniques.
- Solid programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and the ability to clean and transform data for model training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
