To thrive in this coding career, you must know how to create functional, maintainable, and scalable code in an object-oriented fashion. You should be efficient and knowledgeable in Java, working alongside a team of coders in various project roles. You should also know how to use SpringBoot and have database experience. What you’ll do

Scrums. We’ll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
Coding. Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
Conversations. We don’t code in a silo. You’ll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
Learning. We’re always learning new codes and investigating open source communities. Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.
Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, build and operate scalable software systems and services for Workforce Management Solution using Biometrics as Service
Build and deliver high availability / high-reliability software on time
Build and deliver secure, scalable, and low-latency services
Coordinate with other product teams, business stakeholders
Lead significant technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams

To succeed in this role you will have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT OR equivalent experience
Experience working with high volume service oriented architectures (SOA)
Understanding of web services technologies such as REST & HTTP
