Key job responsibilities:
- Serve as a Accessibility subject matter expert (SME) QA and champion of all principles of accessibility and inclusion.
- Participating in evaluations of new features designs and demo, drawing attention to accessibility issues.
- Collaborate across teams to develop existing and future accessibility initiatives.
- Recommend and partner with Dev team in building accessibility tools and testing frameworks to improve operational excellence of design, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide accessibility expertise and innovate on behalf of our customers.
- Work closely with user research and other teams to identify the top customer pain points and new feature needs. Suggest and share recommendations to build accessible products.
- Collaborate across teams, domains and influence stakeholders to scale our accessibility processes, tooling, and features.
Qualification:
- 1+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Manual Testing.
- Experience in Automation Testing.
- Experience in API & Mobile testing.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Cypress.
