Summary: The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
Responsibilities
- Our traineeship duration is 12 months will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology. Our internship will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
- Learn & perform services and maintenance activities at customers’ site/property on industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and highend PC’s.
- Lean the process involved in administrative activities related to field service and support in timely manner.
- Learn to deliver customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
- Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.
- Having an ability to travel to customer sites at short notice 70% of the time.
- Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity.
Requirements
- Have recently graduated with a Bachelors (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation) from an accredited university in India. Having diploma degree will be an added benefit.
- Graduated within the last 24 months.
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (more than 60%).
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
