Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for understanding Business requirements and the remediation efforts needed to test the requirements. Quality Assurance (QA) positions will implement and monitor test scripts to assess adherence to operational policy and procedures, and ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Individuals will have the opportunity to become subject matter expert in systems and processes in functional areas where quality assurance support is provided. This individual will also provide regular feedback relating to QA review, as well as errors requiring correction and will use this detail to help produce data on trends and deliverable action plans.
What will you be doing
- This role will be hands On “In Person Presence in US Timings of Approx. 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
- This is a largely work in office ( Noida Office ) “Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the AVP for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings”. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person Provision of Leadership in the Noida Office for the US Operations.
- Understand Business requirements.
- Assess and identify risks regarding testing.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
- Research and analyse decisions made on accounts and applications to determine impact.
- Provide recommended comprehensive solutions and resolutions to Quality Management.
- Communicate trends and feedback to Quality Leadership Team.
- Provide root cause analysis to Quality Management Team.
- Analyse conduct and regulations for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Strive for continuous improvement and adaptability in the QA review products.

- Prior work experience in Customer Care/Fraud voice/non-voice processes. Excellent track record during past work experience.
