Position Description:
- Create, deploy, and manage SSIS packages to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, flat files, Excel, and other databases to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support various business applications.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries and SSIS packages for improved performance and efficiency.
- Experience in SSIS/SQL job monitoring and fixing job failures.
- developing and deploying analytical reports using SSRS.
- Having experience on COGNOS will be an advantage.
- Managing/deploying changes in COGNOS framework model, managing users in COGNOS Administration, Assign/drop permissions for roles, Adding/removing query objects and query subjects in framework.
