Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration: Develop and maintain server-to-server data pipelines that integrate our backend systems with marketing, ad, and sales platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more.
- Event Tracking and Analytics: Implement event-based analytics and conversion tracking across key platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Singular), ensuring accurate measurement of marketing campaigns and user behavior.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor data flows and marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation across channels.
- Growth Tools Integration: Work closely with product and marketing to integrate third-party growth tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing, sales, and analytics processes.
- Web Optimization: Design and implement tests to optimize landing pages, user flows, and other critical touchpoints. This includes building A/B tests, feature evaluations, and analytics instrumentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and execute growth strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 years of experience in a Core software engineering experience in startup environment.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby rails.
- Strong Understanding with SQL and database management.
- A growth mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on testing, learning, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
