Skills & Experience:
- Current enrollment or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent skills).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, and workflow automation tools like Zapier.
- Experience or interest in working with APIs, web scraping, developing custom bots, and integrating LLMs like GPT-¾, Claude.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to "go nuts" to experiment and push limits.
- Understanding of data analysis and metrics to measure success.
- Ability to break down complex problems using first-principles thinking.
- Strong communication skills to work with engineering and product teams effectively.
- Familiarity with AI-driven agents, LLMs, and the latest trends in AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
You Will:
- Assist in developing, testing, and implementing automation workflows and AI-based agents to streamline operations.
- Leverage tools such as Zapier to automate routine workflows and create custom integrations.
- Build and enhance AI-driven agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver value across different projects.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated, prioritize those with the highest impact, and create solutions to tackle them.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for integrating advanced AI into our product ecosystem, exploring the use of conversational AI agents to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and data science, to gather requirements and provide impactful automation solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative ideas for automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Write clean, scalable code and participate in the review of peers' work.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automation tools, AI technologies, and LLM capabilities.
