- Customer Issue Resolution: Review and investigate customer-reported issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Product Support: Collaborate with the product development team to address technical challenges and contribute to product improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer issues and solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Testing: Perform tests to reproduce and validate reported issues and verify fixes in the RPA product.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and customer support to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java or Python.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Experience: Internship or project experience in software development or technical support.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RPA tools and frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Additional Skills: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and knowledge of database management.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills.
