Experience Needed: 0-1 year
Responsibilities:
- Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware interacting with various Lab teams.
- Asset management and vendor management.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, escalations and resolve business partner issues in a timely manner with strong collaboration and care for business priorities.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, lab equipment, testers.
- Collaborate with business teams and other IT teams to ensure effectively manage identities and access privileges.
- Identify, design and implement solutions for new and improved processes and provide a clear picture of possible outcomes.
- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
- Own and support continue improvement plans for solution health and Operational health.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Ability to learn and use multiple utilities and tools that help with Operations monitoring and alerting.
- Participate and learn new solutions through condensed knowledge transfer sessions.
- Maintain support documentation, including FAQs, Knowledge Articles, On-call Guides, Run Books, etc.
- Powershell, Python and Ansible scripting knowledge is a plus.
