The CIX team is responsible for driving innovation for new marquee user interfaces used by Windows customers around the world. The incumbent would be primarily responsible for across techno-functional lines with individuals assigned in new program development and/or maintenance of existing Excalibur SAP Solution: SAP S4 HANA, SPP, GATP, CCv2. Provides oversight in the delivery of various aftermarket parts demand management projects..
Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer in CIX(Consumer Identity Experiences)team, you will be responsible for using C++, WinRT and WinUI to develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for Windows users. You will also be working in Identity platform in modules related to sign in and sign-up experiences, multi-factor authentication and mechanism to keep the account more secure.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and supportive group of Developers, Program Managers, UX Designers, AI/ML Scientists and User Researchers to deliver features that leverage AI technologies in an integrated and seamless user experience. You will have the amazing opportunity learn and grow by working closely with the architects and senior engineers who contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy of the “architectural how” of how we build a scalable architecture with great fundamentals (such as performance, power, reliability). You will have the opportunity to partner with multiple teams in Windows, Office and Identity.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with relevant programming skills in C#, C++ or equivalent.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, and debug server-side, multi-threaded, and highly scalable applications.
- Experience in working with Windows system level programming and developing device drivers.
- Demonstrated results working with a global team.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work well in a diverse, global, team-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript or Python.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
