Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality of our web and mobile applications. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced QA professionals and gain valuable experience in both manual and automated testing, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.
What You Will Do
- Execute Test Cases: Work with existing test plans and test cases, meticulously executing them to identify potential issues in our web and mobile applications.
- Manual Testing: Learn and perform thorough manual testing on web and mobile devices to uncover usability issues, functional errors, and areas for improvement.
- Defect Reporting: Clearly document and report defects found during testing, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Learn Automation: Begin your journey into automated testing under the mentorship of senior QA engineers. Learn automation tools and techniques to enhance our testing efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers and other QA team members to understand requirements, clarify test scenarios, and ensure effective communication about quality.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably testing web and mobile applications.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques for web and mobile.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
