WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- UI Development: Strong experience with Angular, including recent versions, and proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Domain expertise in UI and backend development, with strong knowledge in core Java, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Helm, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Microservices Architecture: Skilled in designing and developing microservices, including knowledge of RESTful API design and event-driven architectures.
- Translate design requirements into actionable tasks and lead by example with clean coding practices in core Java and other technologies.
- Review project designs for compliance and provide feedback to enhance quality.
- Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies for scalable solutions.
- Represent the engineering team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Align project goals with business requirements through collaboration with product managers and architects.
- Promote adherence to design standards, UX guidelines, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and test automation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high product quality.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- UI Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in building complex UI components using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (Angular17 preferred).
- Cross-Platform & Full-Stack Knowledge: Experience developing scalable applications on various platforms, with the ability to work across front-end and back-end technologies (Node.js).
- Understanding of software architecture principles, designing UI components that integrate with broader system architectures.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience in writing and executing test plans, utilizing tools like Cypress, Selenium, and following DevOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Tools & Platforms: Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Webpack, Docker, and other development and automation tools.
- UX & Security: Strong experience in UI/UX design, following industry standards, and ensuring the security of applications during development.
