Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the Corporate Identity service offering.
- Work with Oracle employees via a ticketing system to ensure that they have the appropriate access to the appropriate applications.
- Improve and implement security controls around such access.
- Cloud service design for availability, scalability, observability and testability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization.
- Launching new cloud services and establishing operational excellence in a DevOps model.
- Work collaboratively to realize and achieve the technical vision of the team.
- Ability to engage with geographically distributed engineering teams.
- Ensuring compliance to software development standards, processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with corporate-wide Identity systems or similar service offerings.
- Experience with supporting a user base of ~150K employees.
- Experience collaborating with geo-distributed teams.
- Training and experience in software implementation, code and design review, failure root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with the concepts of availability, observability, scalability, testability, recoverability.
- BS/CS Computer Science or related field and software development experience with modern programming languages .
