Summary:The Solution Engineer responsibilities include understanding requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Our informatics solutions are a valuable component on top of our products that help to improve the customer experience and drive digital transformation of the lab.
Required skills:
- 0- 1 years’ experience implementing laboratory informatics software (LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS).
- Computer programming skills including C#, Phyton, JavaScript, Json, SQL and APIs is a plus.
- Good knowledge in Windows Operative systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the specific needs and requirements of the laboratory.
- Configuring and customizing the LIMS software to suit unique laboratory processes or industry standards.
- Performing thorough testing to ensure that the LIMS operates accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
- Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
- Documenting the entire implementation process, including configurations, customizations, testing procedures, and validation protocols.
Desired skills:
- Experience in GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
