Summary: You’ll be working with UBS Business Solutions AG in Pune, together with your peer in Zurich. You will be dedicated to support a talented team of engineers on the deliveries of Mobile Banking and other Apps. We plan and lead changes in our mobile crew by having chosen an agile working model, with a mindset around time-boxed delivery of solutions, empowerment of interdisciplinary pods and close collaboration throughout the whole software development process. We are building software which covers the mobile channels of the bank, always focusing on faster time to market by using agile methodologies and putting the client needs first.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain our CI procedure and automate pipelines.
- Rethink and innovate the delivery of the app from code to production.
- Support our Software engineers when they are building their delivery pipeline and Integrate 3rd party software into the UBS environment.
- Analyze areas of improvement, initiate and monitor measures to remedy them (3rd level support).
- Cooperate closely with PO’s, Software Engineers, and 2nd Level Support.
- Perform installation on test environments and manage installation orders to production.
- Support project team in regard to technical questions.
- Maintain documentation relevant to operations (operation manual, installation guide, etc.) and share your knowledge among the team.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Your Expertise
- A graduate degree in IT Software Engineering.
- Fundamental experience in designing secure, robust and scalable applications.
- A positive attitude and a great interest in shaping the future of technology in banking.
- Knowledge of Version Control System (Git).
